Most gemstone orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS although some are taking longer due to the increased amount of orders we are receiving.

All rock orders under $75.00 will incur a flat shipping rate of only $9.95  (USA orders only)  International orders will incur a higher shipping charge for all rock orders (Please contact us first for a shipping quote before placing an International order).

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Although rare, on occasion we do receive returns.  If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, please call or email us and we may be able to solve the problem.

Undamaged items may be returned within 7 days for a full product refund (shipping charges are nonrefundable).  Please package the return very carefully for its return trip.
